Reports To: Head Coach
Location: Unit 5, Bilton Industrial Estate, Humber Ave, Humber Rd, Coventry CV3 1JL
Level/Salary Range: Up to £13.20 per hour depending on age and qualification
Position Type: Variable Hours available over Monday - Saturday. Includes Saturdays & some early evenings.

Who We're Looking For
Squad Coaches – ideally with British Gymnastics WAG/MAG Level 2 experience.
Preschool & Recreational Coaches – ideally with a British Gymnastics Level 1 qualification.

Your Role
As part of our Coventry team, you'll:
* Coach gymnasts of all ages – from pre-schoolers to adults.
* Plan and deliver awesome, engaging sessions.
* Support gymnasts at competitions.
* Keep our gym sparkling (we take pride in our space).
* Communicate with parents, guardians, and members with ease.
* Represent Nile Wilson Gymnastics with pride and passion.
* Most importantly: help every gymnast leave the gym with a big smile.
