The Role
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 English lessons
* Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce learning
* Help students develop confidence in reading, writing, and communication
* Support classroom engagement and behaviour management
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Encourage students to engage, achieve, and develop a love of learning
