Role responsibilitiesThis role will support the UNO Digital Transformation Programme and Uno Programme Manager to deliver changes across all workstreams as part of a \\\'what do we stop, change, do more of\\\' initiative, regarding replacing various apps within TfW.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Work closely with the workstreams to review what changes have been identified under the programme plan, schedule of all tasks, key milestones, and resource management using Project Management methods through supporting shaping a change strategy and the communication and adoption of this to ensure the programme is managed effectively. Reactively respond to requests by supporting and managing the change initiative as part of any changes to the design of UNO to ensure delivery of the programme is managed effectively. Provide a professional and effective change management service, including project management planning and monitoring, reporting updates to executive steering group, in accordance with the required processes and timelines to ensure the work is aligned to TfW Strategic Objectives. Track progress and provide regular reports to a variety of stakeholders, through giving updates to individual workstreams or as part of a wider UNO reporting and monitoring of delivery progress to ensure risk issues and dependencies are managed in order to ensure delivery stays on track. Who we\\\'re looking for Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline - such as a Business Degree, Change related disciplines Demonstrable skills in business writing and organisational skills, measured through previous experience. Experience of influencing stakeholders at varying levels, Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical skills through previous experience. Experience of creating management reports action trackers. Experience of administering relevant programme risks and issues processes. Welsh Language Skills The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role. Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills. We fully support our people who want to improve their Welsh language skills, and personal development for Welsh Language skills are offered in a variety of ways such as online learning, classroom courses and funding attendance at local community courses.
