Dealing with Caretakers/maintenance team when repairs are needed on site Processing work/job sheets for repairs and updating PC Maintaining P.I.M.I reports for HiH Contacting applicants for viewings Property viewings with applicants Arrange and complete tenancy reviews Arranging for electrical Inspections/gas inspections Photocopying, laminating, scanning, emails Arranging settling in visits/tenancy viewings and new sign-ups. Liaise with S.N.T police team on Estate issues Letters to Residents regarding overflows, rubbish, parking, etc. Speak/Confronting residents on A.S.B, dropping of litter, dog fouling or any issues/complaints raised Liaise with caretakers on cleaning, grounds maintenance, repairs Running the office in the absence of the Manager on annual leave, sickness, meetings or away from the office. Photographing incidents or objects relating to A.S.B. General office duties if required Clutter reporting / checks using Photobook / Havering tablet
