You'll own Canada end-to-end - from creative strategy to campaign execution. No massive team to manage (yet), just you driving £7-8M annual spend across Meta, TikTok, Snap and search. Pure paid social focus where creative is king.
What you'll actually be doing:
* Building campaigns from scratch, not just strategising
* Briefing their 15-person creative team (you need to know exactly what you want)
* Scaling subscription acquisition, not just one-off sales
* Growing from £7M to £10M+ with serious growth potential beyond
You're perfect if you:
* Started as a paid social exec/media buyer and progressed to head of level
* Have genuine creative flair and can build ads that convert
* Know subscription D2C inside out (LTV, retention, the works)
* Have managed £5M+ budgets across multiple platforms
* Want to own something, not just optimise someone else's work
