🔹 About the Role
We are partnering with a leading global payments organisation to hire a Senior Analyst / Manager within their outsourcing governance and service oversight function.
This role sits at the heart of a centralised governance team, supporting regulated entities in meeting outsourcing, operational resilience, and third-party risk requirements. You’ll act as a key point of contact for a specific entity, ensuring governance frameworks are effectively implemented and maintained.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔸 Outsourcing Governance & Risk Oversight
1. Support oversight of outsourcing policies and regulatory compliance
2. Contribute to third-party risk assessments and classifications
3. Monitor SLA/KPI performance and escalate issues where required
🔸 Intercompany Agreement (ICA) Lifecycle
4. Coordinate end-to-end ICA lifecycle activities (new agreements, amendments, renewals)
5. Work closely with Legal, Risk, Finance, and Tax stakeholders
6. Ensure strong governance, documentation, and audit traceability
🔸 Stakeholder & Relationship Management
7. Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned entity
8. Support service reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management
9. Engage with Senior stakeholders across business and governance functions
🔸 Monitoring, Assurance & Reporting
10. Track performance metrics and support incident / SLA reporting
11. Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory readiness
12. Support third-party assurance reviews and evidence gathering
🔸 Data & Governance Reporting
13. Ensure accuracy of service and ICA data in governance systems
14. Contribute to reporting dashboards and process improvements
🔹 About You
15. Experience in outsourcing governance, third-party risk (TPRM), operational risk, or compliance
16. Background in a regulated environment (, financial services, fintech, consulting)
17. Strong understanding of vendor / outsourcing frameworks and controls
18. Exposure to SLA/KPI monitoring and service governance
19. Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
20. Highly organised with strong documentation and governance discipline
