Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support fantastic primary schools across the St Austell area. With demand rising after half term, this is a brilliant time to join our supply team and make a real difference where it matters most.

About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be:
* Supporting learning across KS1 and/or KS2
* Working 1:1 or with small groups
* Helping pupils with reading, writing, phonics and maths
* Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
* Assisting class teachers with day-to-day classroom support
* Creating a calm, positive and nurturing learning environment
