The role:
As a Care Professional, you’ll support older adults to live independently at home by providing:
* Companionship and emotional support
* Home help and light housekeeping
* Personal care
* Support with outings, appointments, and social activities
No two days are the same — but every day is meaningful.
Pay & Benefits
Hourly rates:
* Mon–Fri: £14.00 per hour (after 8pm £15.00)
* Sat/Sun: £15.60 per hour (after 8pm £16.60)
Plus:
* Paid travel time between visits
* Mileage paid at 30p per mile
* Double pay on Bank Holidays
* Holiday pay (on top of hourly rate)

What we’re looking for:
* Caring, reliable, and compassionate people
* Experience is welcome — but not essential (full training provided)
* Full driving licence & access to a vehicle is essential (rural area)
* Right to work in the UK (please note: we cannot offer sponsorship at this time)
* Enhanced DBS & references required
