The role involves providing visible health & wellbeing (H&W) leadership and direction, offering specialist advice, guidance, and assurance to senior leadership and operational teams. You will support the delivery of business and H&W strategies through ownership and delivery of projects and programmes within the group H&W delivery plan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the development and implementation of H&W policies, procedures, guidance notes, and standards.
2. Execute group-wide delivery plans, programmes, and projects ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
3. Support operational teams to enable local delivery of H&W initiatives.
4. Collaborate with HR and HSW functions to support clients across all groups and geographies.
5. Stay updated with the latest research and thinking in organisational health and wellbeing.
6. Analyze data from surveys, audits, KPIs, and other sources to identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations are met in terms of quality, time, and budget.
8. Identify and implement continuous improvement plans and business enhancements.
9. Contribute towards the net zero carbon transition by proactively managing associated emissions and reductions during project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Professional qualification or equivalent.
* Management experience within an organization.
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
* Knowledge of H&W legislation and delivery relevant to the role.
* Understanding current health and wellbeing issues and trends.
* Experience in supporting and developing team members' H&W competencies.
* Ability to network and share knowledge effectively.
* Understanding of the intersection between health, wellbeing, inclusion, and HSW.
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
