Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons. Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with pupils who require additional support. Assist in preparing classroom materials and maintaining an organised learning environment. Encourage positive behaviour and help create an inclusive classroom atmosphere. Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Requirements Previous experience working with primary-aged children (school-based or similar setting preferred). A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
