Role Overview
Are you interested in improving how information is collected, analyzed, and visualized to support transformation? Do you have experience in analysis, reporting, and dashboard visualization within health and care systems?
We offer an exciting opportunity in Midlothian HSCP for a Senior Information Analyst to support data-driven improvements in residents’ health and wellbeing.
The Postholder Will
* Lead the design and development of integrated data dashboards, reports, and presentations;
* Manage information governance processes, including data sharing assessments and agreements;
* Identify issues and implement solutions to enhance data quality, credibility, and accessibility;
* Support, advise, and provide expertise across various projects.
You Will Bring
* Curiosity and willingness to explore complex issues;
* Understanding of health and care information governance and data sharing legislation;
* Degree level education in a numerate field (SCQF level 10) or relevant experience;
* Excellent IT and numeracy skills;
* Ability to seek, evaluate, and present information clearly to diverse audiences.
The role is based on a hybrid model, with a base at Fairfield House, Dalkeith, Midlothian. It is offered on a permanent basis.
