Client Service Administrator – Wealth Management
We’re seeking an experienced customer service or client relationship professional's to join our clients wealth management support team. Finance experience is a plus but not required.
Role Overview:
You’ll help deliver a seamless client experience by supporting Wealth Managers with administrative tasks, client communications, and onboarding. You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational standards, ensuring accuracy, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Wealth Managers with diary management, meeting prep, and admin tasks
* Support client meetings and accurately record actions and next steps
* Manage client communications and documentation
* Onboard new clients and maintain engagement throughout the process
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
