This is a varied administrative role that will support the day-to‑day running of the office and provide key support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Providing general clerical and administrative support to the team
* Performing accurate data entry and updating internal systems
* Maintaining organised records and documentation
* Providing all‑round administrative and project support as required
* Assisting with general office tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
Requirements
* Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and telephone manner
* Good attention to detail and accuracy when entering data
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Competent in Microsoft Office and general office systems
