Senior Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Tooling Engineer
Location: Basingstoke

As a Senior ITSM Tooling Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring delivery excellence. You will work as part of an Agile team, reporting into the Senior ITSM Tooling Architect, to produce build documentation for the installation and configuration of a wide variety of ITSM tooling solutions of varying size and complexity. You must work to the highest standards of data security and demonstrate innovative solutions for secure environments across cloud, on‑premises and hybrid deployments.
Your Transferable Skills And Experience
* Extensive experience in the installation, configuration and customisation of ITSM/ITIL/Service Desk Tooling technologies: CA Service Desk Manager, BMC Remedy, BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Cherwell Service Management, Freshworks, ManageEngine.
* Experience within ITSM/ITOM/ITIL/eTOM processes, ideally with ITIL v4 certification.
* Experience implementing highly secure, highly resilient, large‑scale ITSM tooling solutions for cloud, on‑premises and hybrid environments.
* Working knowledge of core IT infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policies, SQL/SQL Server Clustering, PKI Infrastructure and certificate management.
* General knowledge of scripting and data manipulation: SQL Scripting, PowerShell, JavaScript, REST Web Services, C#, Power BI, SQL Server Reporting.
