Edinburgh (EH16)


Hours

37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.


What will you be responsible for?

* Monitoring day to day projects and meeting with residents to ensure their needs are met
* Booking appointments for upcoming works
* Responding to customer queries on planned works
* Liaising with internal teams as appropriate, anticipating problems and dealing with queries
* Identifying shortfalls in service delivery, and reporting accordingly
* Handling complaints and resolving snagging issues
* Liaising with trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of projects completion of surveys.


What are we looking for?

* Experience within a similar role within a construction environment (TLO/ Maintenance scheduling, aftercare etc)
* Strong administrative skills, ability to prioritise and organise flow of information between stakeholders.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Packages i.e., Word and Excel
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships
* Ability to manage tight deadlines and be flexible to deal with reactive delays
* Locality to the EH16 area, able to travel daily to and from site / office as required
