As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

* Are ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach your team on the go
* Understand food safety, health and safety standards, and have knowledge of financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
