Our Bakewell Road facility, certified to ISO 9001:2015, supplies high-quality products worldwide. You’ll work in a team that drives operational excellence, safety, and compliance every day. Role Overview As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing, packing, and preparing chemical products under strict quality and safety standards. From handling materials to final product checks, you’ll help ensure every batch meets our global standards. Key Responsibilities Pack chemicals into containers and packaging, following SOPs and safety protocols Operate and maintain weighing and measuring equipment Complete computer-based transactions for finished goods Assemble, seal, and label packs in line with UN regulations Verify batch and chemical codes across labels and containers Safely handle and move IBCs, drums, and sacks Palletize and secure completed packs for warehouse transfer Support the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the site Process returned packaging safely for reuse Perform routine quality checks and inspections Maintain and clean equipment as required Contribute to 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage stock control and disposal of redundant materials Uphold housekeeping and a safe, compliant work environment Qualifications & Requirements GCSE / A-Level / Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Awareness of EHS regulations and good practices Ability to follow SOPs and detailed instructions Strong attention to quality and compliance Proficient with computer transactions / systems Team player with willingness to learn and adapt Physically able to lift up to 25 kg and work standing shifts Experience in manufacturing or chemical handling is a plus Interest in lean manufacturing and process improvement Why Join Us?
