31 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Part-Time, 27 hours per week
Full UK Driving Licence
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Derbyshire!
Who Will You Be Supporting?
You will be supporting three wonderful individuals (two young gentlemen and one lady in her 40s-50s) with profound and multiple learning disabilities. They enjoy a variety of activities and have a keen interest in meeting with family and friends, engaging in hobbies, day trips, visiting local pubs, walking, shopping, meals out, football, cricket, and leading a healthy lifestyle. Their families are very involved in their care.
Each day will be different, but you will be supporting with:
Personal Care: Providing assistance with all aspects of personal care.
Community Support: Offering shared support and 1:1 support when out in the community.
Supporting individuals who use wheelchairs and hoists.
Preparing meals and supporting with dietary needs.
Emotional Support: Experienced with Disabilities: Comfortable working with individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities.
