Primary Teacher – Specialist SEND Provision
Location: Fortitude School, Alcester (Rural Village Setting)
Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 per year
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Fortitude School is a new and growing independent specialist school set in a rural village, complete with our own school farm. We provide a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating curriculum for up to 35 children aged 5–11 with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, SEMH, and associated challenges.

Minimum Requirements:
* Early Years/Primary teaching qualification (or equivalent).
* Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection training and knowledge.

* Be confident in creating a safe and calm classroom environment, with the skills to respond to children who may display challenging behaviours.
* Be adaptable and reflective, able to tailor learning to meet diverse needs.
* Demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills, with a drive to raise standards.
* Show initiative, compassion, and a willingness to grow with us as we develop our new school.
