The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.

This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, all specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact for the team. The role demands a very organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The team supports clients across all media globally. The role requires high competency in managing and multitasking projects with broad deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, and communication are essential, along with maintaining open lines with Commercial/Project Managers and updating the Team Leaders and Head of Art regularly.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee delivery of all Image assets.
* Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team.
* Understand client challenges and priorities to gauge project importance.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative work based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Learn and understand client systems, review processes, and production workflows.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, tracking job status daily.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate.
* Work with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as a communication bridge between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins.
* Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in CG and/or photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn software tools used by the team is advantageous. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' approach.
