**PERMANENT ROLE- JUST IN!** We are looking for a Team Leader Operations Stores to join our client's dynamic team in Worcester. You will oversee our Stores Operation team and play a key role in leading and developing your team.
This is a permanent position in a state of the art warehouse/production facility. Fast paced where teamwork and efficiency are paramount!
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the stores/warehouse team to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
* Manage daily operations including staffing, training, materials availability, and system accuracy (IFS).
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards, and company procedures.
* Drive performance, continuous improvement, and effective resource management.
* Coordinate with internal teams and support audits and cross-site operations as required.
Minimum Requirements:
* NEBBS / NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent.
* Computer literate and confident using warehouse systems
* Working towards or have ILM level 3
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing/leading a team of 15+ people
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Able to work at heights and be trained to use 2 FLT trucks
Shifts & Pay:
* 0700-1930
* Week 1- Thursday-Saturday
* Week 2- Monday to Wednesday, then seven days off.
* £28,763 pa (plus an FLT allowance of £1.03 once two licences passed)
