As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in a vibrant kitchen environment, applying proven culinary skills and leadership to ensure smooth operations and high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and leading the team
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes and presentation standards
* Oversee food preparation and service to maintain smooth kitchen operations
* Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to build a strong team
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management
* Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Head Chef to ensure service continuity
* Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of kitchen performance
