Role Details:
* Job Title: HGV Technician
* Location: Leicester
* Salary: £45,396 per year (approx. £19.40/hr)
* Hours: 45 hours/week (shift pattern including late and early shifts; overtime, shift allowance on lates)
What You'll Be Doing as a HGV Technician:
* Perform servicing, maintenance, and inspections on a variety of trucks and trailers.
* Diagnose and repair faults across multiple vehicle makes, both franchised and non-franchised.
* Use manufacturer-specific diagnostic systems and tools to identify and rectify issues.
* Accurately complete job cards, service records, and other documentation in line with warranty requirements.
About You:
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (time-served candidates with strong experience will also be considered).
* HGV licence is desirable but not essential.
