About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our Clinical Teams at Underley Gardens School in Kirkby Lonsdale. You will collaborate to deliver assessments and interventions for pupils with complex needs, including autism and emotional challenges. Your responsibilities include implementing holistic therapeutic approaches, conducting assessments, writing reports, and supporting staff and parents through training and development. Our multidisciplinary team fosters a nurturing environment prioritizing safeguarding and pupil involvement.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
* Recognized qualification (e.g., Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy) and registration with a professional body
* Level 7 qualification or Level 5 plus relevant experience
* Proven report writing skills
* Registration with BABCP, NCPC, or HCPC (if applicable)
* Experience working with autistic individuals with complex needs
* Ability to work independently and within multi-professional teams
* Ongoing professional development
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a car
