About the Role
We are seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join the Solar and Storage team. This is a hands-on role supporting the performance and optimisation of solar and storage assets. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across multiple locations, supporting operational, regulatory, and administrative functions while helping to drive portfolio efficiency and value.
What You Will Be Doing
* Monitor portfolio KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
* Work with contractors and technical teams to resolve operational issues.
* Support onboarding of new assets and maintain accurate documentation.
* Assist with regulatory, health & safety, and environmental compliance.
* Coordinate ESG data collection and track incidents internally.
* Contribute to digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
* Participate in site visits, workshops, and team events as required.
Example Projects:
* Implementing monitoring systems to improve solar plant efficiency.
* Assessing performance of electrical components and supporting optimisation initiatives.
* Supporting regulatory compliance and health & safety audits.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Strong organisational, project management, and coordination skills.
* Goal-oriented, proactive, with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
* Clear communicator, able to present technical information effectively.
* Proficiency with digital tools and strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of renewable energy or electrical systems.
* Experience with solar PV systems or asset management in the energy sector.
