Position
As a Consortium Support Analyst, you will be responsible for tendering, negotiating, validating, and accepting Flexibly & Consortium price supply agreements for Sustainable Energy First clients. You will build and maintain supplier relationships to manage query resolution and escalations, coordinate consortium activities, and update relevant systems with contract details.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage tendering, negotiation, validation, and acceptance of supply agreements, including offer assessment and feedback on tenders for Flex and Consortium customers.
* Coordinate consortium site lists and trade shapes for allocated portfolios, ensuring data accuracy in Sustainable Energy First systems.
* Validate consortium rates and ensure accurate data entry for Flexible supply contracts.
* Develop and maintain supplier relationships, understanding product offerings and industry developments.
* Proactively handle workload, queries, and escalations, communicating effectively with suppliers, peers, and clients.
* Engage with Procurement specialists and account managers to facilitate contract processes.
* Provide regular updates and MI reports to the Procurement Management Team.
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Fusion.
* Good knowledge or experience of the energy industry, particularly energy supply.
* Ability to tender, negotiate, and accept supply agreements.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
* Team-oriented with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to plan effectively, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
* Ownership and proactive approach to tasks and queries.
Other Information
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Hybrid and Flexible Working: Must be able to commute to our Lytham office 2 days per week.
