Job Title: Experienced Social Worker Mental Health

Salary: £32,020 £36,298 per year (up to £38,296 + £3,000 Market Forces payment)

What You Will Do Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver mental health social work services.
Provide high-quality interventions using strengths-based and community asset approaches.
Conduct assessments, support planning, interventions, and evaluations using the Three Conversations model .
Manage safeguarding enquiries and handle complex situations with professionalism.
Maintain Social Work England registration and ensure compliance with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act .
Participate in weekly reflective meetings and receive excellent supervision in a supportive environment.
