Job Title: Copy-led Creative Director
Havas Play is seeking a Copy-led Creative Director to work on one of the agency's major accounts. The primary skills required include writing and conceptual development. Art direction and aesthetic sensibility are important, but words are considered the most powerful tool to create impactful work for this client.
The role involves developing the vision for ideas and collaborating with the team to deliver them across various channels, including social & digital (inc. social films), talent & influencer marketing, experiential events, and TV. Experience with innovative technologies such as AR, VR, or MR is a plus.
We need a Creative Director capable of producing culturally impactful work through the lens of sport and entertainment. You will be hands-on, involved in writing and leading the team.
1. Lead brainstorming and creative sessions, establish the creative vision, and provide hands-on direction while overseeing the creative process.
2. Collaborate to develop original and unexpected concepts that add value for the agency and clients.
3. Translate client business and brand goals into innovative and meaningful creative experiences.
4. Partner with clients and internal teams to align on business objectives and develop appropriate creative strategies.
5. Manage and mentor the creative team, fostering innovation and excellence in output.
6. Work closely with clients, team leads, and third-party vendors to define project scope.
7. Coordinate with the Creative Resource Manager on resourcing, planning, and project adjustments.
