Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer & Market Insights Innovation Lead to join a leading global biotechnology company preparing for major product launches in the UK & Ireland.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team dedicated to high unmet medical needs, including postnatal depression and Alzheimer’s disease.
The position combines analytical rigor, commercial strategy, and innovative thinking. It is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex data into strategic insights and enjoys working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, source, and analyze diverse datasets (traditional and emerging)
* Generate actionable insights through advanced modeling and forecasting
* Present clear narratives to support strategic decisions
* Collaborate with regional and global teams on performance tracking and reporting
* Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to communicate insights effectively
Key Requirements
* Strong experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting
* Proven track record in forecasting, market analysis, or customer & market insights
* Advanced Excel modeling and Power BI (or similar tools) experience
* Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* A passion for innovation, curiosity, and proactive problem solving
