Are you a detail-driven Total Reward Specialist looking for your next challenge in a global, fast-paced environment? We’re working with a leading professional services firm to hire a Reward expert with hands-on experience in Workday’s Advanced Compensation module to support key reward initiatives and global benefits projects.
About the Role
Reporting into a fantastic UK HR Director, you’ll join a collaborative and high-performing HR team, taking ownership of a range of reward activities across the UK and global regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support global benefits projects, ensuring alignment with the broader reward strategy
* Conduct job evaluation and maintain job architecture frameworks
* Drive external benchmarking, including salary surveys and market analysis
* Utilise Workday’s Advanced Compensation module to support annual compensation cycles and system enhancements
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners and regional teams to deliver consistent and equitable reward practices globally
* Support data analysis, reporting and insights to inform reward decisions
About You:
* Proven experience in a Total Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or similar role within a global organisation
* Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
* Confident in benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies and compensation analytics
* Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders effectively
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days per week in a central London office)
