About the Role
You’ll be part of the team that keeps our organisation running smoothly. From deploying laptops and mobile devices to monitoring and troubleshooting systems, you’ll ensure colleagues have the tools they need to succeed. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll grow your technical skills and make a real impact.
What you’ll do:
* Provide an efficient, effective, and friendly support service to the business, upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
* Work with the I&O Manager and other IT team members to deliver ongoing support to users and manage services to help maintain all operational IT systems.
* Maintain and adhere to appropriate procedures, records, and other documentation.
* Contribute ideas and suggestions to assist with continuous improvement of the processes, procedures, techniques, and standards used in the department.
* Support, encourage, enthuse, and coach stakeholders and other team members in adoption and use of existing and new systems, emphasizing best practices.

You’ll bring:
* Strong understanding of Windows 8–11, desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and MS Office 365.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
