This is a standout opportunity for an accomplished Structural Engineer ready to step into an Associate Director position, or an existing AD seeking a fresh challenge within a dynamic consultancy environment. You will join a highly skilled and forward-thinking team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors.
In this role, you will take ownership of project delivery, leading schemes from concept through to completion. You will work confidently across all traditional materials, acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, and representing the business at external meetings. Alongside technical delivery, you will contribute strategically, supporting team growth through mentoring, developing junior engineers, and helping shape best practice across the office.
The position also offers a balanced mix of office-based design, site inspections, and survey work, providing excellent variety and project exposure.
Candidates should hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, ideally Chartered (MIStructE/ICE), with a strong track record in project leadership and client engagement.
