Reference: 9b1b6141 Job Purpose: I am a friendly gentleman with Parkinson's who is seeking a Personal Assistant to support me with everyday living tasks such as personal care, domestic care, meal preparation, transfers and assisting me to access the community. Due to my Parkinson's I am prone to falls, when this happens I require someone who can help guide me up by explaining each step that I need to take. I also require someone to ensure that my medication is taken at the right time of day and to keep a diary of the daily tasks that have been completed.
