Your Role-
We are looking for an experienced 360 tech recruiter who has the hunger to build something out there in the world of recruitment. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process—from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. You’ll be instrumental in growing our tech recruitment function in the US, building strong industry connections, and exceeding placement targets.
Key Responsibilities -
* Business Development & Client Engagement: Identify and acquire new clients, understand hiring needs, and proactively generate business opportunities through networking, sales calls, and client meetings.
* Candidate Sourcing & Assessment: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to attract top tech talent, conduct in-depth candidate assessments—including interviews and technical screenings—, and build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
* End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding, while providing a seamless and engaging experience for both clients and candidates.
* Market Research & Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent movements within the tech sector, leveraging market insights to develop tailored recruitment strategies.
* Performance & Growth: Work toward and exceed key performance metrics, including placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction, while collaborating with a high‑performing team to contribute to overall business growth.
What We’re Looking For -
* Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in a tech vertical (Cyber Security, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, etc.)
* A proven track record in business development, lead generation, and placing candidates
* Experience hiring across US markets
* Strong understanding of tech industry trends, skill sets, and hiring challenges
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
* A results‑driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets
* A proactive and collaborative approach, contributing to a positive team culture
