We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking President to oversee the sales for our North region. The President for the North region will take charge of regional performance and oversee the sales team. The position is a key member of the global sales leadership team and will report directly to the President, Global Sales. The position is responsible for meeting revenue and gross margin targets while overseeing OPEX and staffing. To develop and manage strategic partnerships that cultivate growth, this role requires an experienced commercial leader who can execute the overall strategy, anticipate market trends, and represent the region within the Enterprise division. The candidate capable of leading will guide teams that cover UK&I and the Nordic countries. Key stakeholders within the division also include marketing, business units, and sales operations. As the Regional President for the North you will report to the Global President of Sales. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue: Achieve revenue and gross margin targets while taking market share. Establish and meet KPIs that align to the overall commercial strategy. Monitor performance and adjust as needed for desired outcomes. - General Management: Lead the overall region with P&L responsibility which includes managing the OPEX and FTE targets. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key partners. Act as the primary point of contact and ensure mutual benefits are realized. - Leadership and Sales Execution: Recruit, lead, coach and develop direct reports that will be accountable within assigned accounts, channels including online. Mentor a team of sales professionals and cultivate a performance-based culture of collaboration and continuous improvement - Negotiation and Contract Management: Oversee pricing negotiations and manage the contractual aspects and programs with distribution and reseller partners. Ensure agreements are beneficial and aligned with company objectives. - Product Performance: Align, plan and deliver on target all business cases for new product launches in both Audio and Video products. Own GTM launch plans for all main partners and the region as a whole - Governance: Align to the overall global standards and leverage best practices on CRM usage, PowerBI reporting, Data & Analytics, and monthly business reviews. Create fully aligned quarterly and annual plans with marketing. Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years leading a multi-level sales organization and/or a region. A demonstrated history of building and maintaining effective partnerships. - Audio and video experience is preferred, as is experience with distribution. - A broad general management profile with both a commercial understanding of the channel, the alliance ecosystem, and online marketplaces. - Skilled in analytical and problem-solving tasks. - Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Well-prepared to handle the pressures of a complex and lively work setting. - Experience managing team members in a direct and indirect capacity with the ability to engage colleagues at a VP/SVP level - Ability to demonstrate initiative and be self-motivated in a rapidly changing environment. - Experience working in a global matrix and being part of a truly global team of leaders and employees, significantly contributing to the growth of the Enterprise division UK is the preferred location, but candidates in the region may be considered.
