Requirement is for 2 agency social workers to work with the Prevention Team in Knowsley.
The Prevention Team is a generic adult social work team and as such the requirement would be to complete adult social care assessments and reviews in addition to on going case work.
The Prevention team holds cases for up to eight weeks before they are then passed to a long term team for further intervention or closed.
