As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you'll be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of supplier invoices, and maintaining excellent relationships with global vendors. Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end process of purchase ledger functions, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
* Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records for suppliers and invoices.
* Liaise with internal teams and global suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or queries.
* Assist with month-end procedures and help prepare financial reports.
* Monitor and maintain accurate supplier accounts, ensuring timely payments and good relationships.
* Help streamline processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk
* Experience with accounting software (knowledge of SAP, Xero, or similar systems is a plus).
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
