As a Contact Centre Advisor within SMR (Service, Maintenance & Repair), you will play an integral role in ensuring the delivery of a world class customer experience by acting as a focal point for customers that are booking services with our talented mechanics! You'll effectively case manage customers bookings through to completion. You'll be responsible for assigning technicians to jobs, liaising with dealerships to ensure the correct parts are available in time for the booked jobs. Base salary of £25,396.80 for 40 hours per week. This is a full-time role.
