Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Brand Consultant to join its thriving Monclerconcession in our Edinburgh store. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you.
As the new Brand Consultant, you will work 30 hours a week on a rota basis in our Edinburgh store.

About the role…
As a Brand Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience.
You will:
* Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers
* Deliver a memorable 5* customer experience
* Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers
* Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well
* You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends
* Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
* Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
