Compensation
* $37/hr
What You’ll Be Doing
* Triage and troubleshoot complex application and system issues
* Handle vendor support calls with technical confidence and strategic questioning
* Support installs, updates, and configurations of key business software
* Provide light hardware support across devices and peripherals
* Troubleshoot intermediate network issues including DNS, DHCP, and VPN
* Assist with user permissions, patching, and general system maintenance
* Create documentation that enables Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to succeed
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Be able to do the job as described.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint and Teams
* Exposure to Intune, Azure, or Exchange Online environments
* Understanding of ITIL or incident/problem management best practices
* Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco (preferred)
