Title: Office Administrator Location: Sistine Manor, Stoke Poges, Slough SL2 Salary: £13.50 per hour Hours: 15 hours per week over 5 days (Mon to Fri) Term: Permanent, Part-Time Reports to: Home Manager / Operations Manager Purpose of Position: • To ensure that Sistine Manor administration is operating smoothly, as well as being efficient and timely. • To work closely with the Home Manager / Operations Manager / Deputy Manager and other colleagues to ensure that the service runs smoothly. Duties and responsibilities: Administration Support. • Provide a confidential administration service to the Sistine Manor Home Management team. • Answer telephone calls, direct them as appropriate and take messages. • Organise financial records and complete data entry tasks. • Process invoices / receipts / petty cash reconciliation. • Scanning and uploading of documents onto PCS (Digital Care Planning system) to ensure records are accurate. • Prepare and finalise meeting notes. • Filing and archiving documentation in line with compliance requirements. • Supporting audit preparation by collating required documentation. • Assisting with ordering supplies and managing stock records. • General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the service. • Prepare various documents, including minutes from meetings. • Perform other duties as appropriate. PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience / Skills Essential: • Proven administration experience. • Excellent communication and customer care skills. • Confidence to work across all levels of the business. • Demonstrable organisational and IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. • The ability to be flexible and prioritise workload as required. • Experience of people with Learning Disabilities is essential, as well as an empathy with the aims of R.E.A.C.H.
