This is an all & encompassing role responsible for driving sales and supporting Independent Deli Channel in delivering excellent customer service and bringing new customers to the business. This role will also support the current team with administration and champion our business system Intact IQ and Arcos Key responsibilities Telesales & Customer Management * Make outbound calls to existing customers, taking orders and up selling, gain listings of new products and drive promotional activity. * Establish productive and professional relationships with customer base to give a high level of customer service. * Make appropriate outbound calls to new business prospects. * Responding to customer enquiries via email or phone. * To have a good understanding of the company products and therefore being able to develop rapport with the customer.
