1. Provide field services training and related activitiesin Either Winding Mechanical or Electrical disciplines related to Brush Power Generation productsfor both employees and customers. This wouldincludedelivering product,systemand process training. While providing ongoing support andmentoringto ensure the standard and quality of field service executionismaintained.
As part of the Training team design specific training courses for legacy and new product offerings,for in person deliveryat theAcademy in Florence and our facilities in Czech Republic, Pittsburgh, and Houston. Online/remotecontentwill also be presented.
Work closely with theTechnicalhelp desk (Service 24)and Fieldservice Management teams toidentifyskill gaps,provide training courses andsharetraining bulletins.
Work together with high level people from the business,SPBand EB levels. Specifyneeds, communicate abouthowprojects areapproachedand present outcomes oftheresearch done.
Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures arefrequentlyupdated by other functions andhave tobe implemented in the department.
Handles diverse clients in a region. Workson the basis ofpredefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
Required Qualifications
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Training.
