We have a fantastic opportunity for Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join our team in Marlow.
The team
Our commercial dispute resolution team represents clients in High Court litigation in England and Wales.
The team also handles Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes, including arbitration and mediation.
Key experience
You should have a willingness to help the fee earners with all areas of legal skills and after appropriate training to expand your role within the team. You will be expected to have high levels of communication skills.
Contentious probate experience is desirable but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and good work ethic are more important than previous experience.
You will primarily assist the Private Wealth Disputes Team on a mixture of matters, including Contentious Probate Matters such as Inheritance Act 1975 cases, challenges to the validity of Wills, executor disputes, trustee disputes and Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (“TOLATA”) matters.
