SEN Teacher Wanted in Worthing!
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £150 – £210 (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and experienced teacher with a strong background in SEN?
We are working with a caring and inclusive SEN provision in Worthing that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis from September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where every child’s unique needs are understood, supported, and championed through personalised learning and a holistic approach to education.
The Role:
• Deliver creative, inclusive, and differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs
• Create and implement Individual Education Plans and tailored learning strategies
• Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
• Foster a structured, supportive, and positive learning environment
• Track student progress and adjust teaching approaches accordingly
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience working with children with SEN
• A nurturing, adaptable, and engaging teaching style
• Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills
• A commitment to inclusive education and ongoing professional development
