Purpose This role ensures the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery processes, covering order picking, packing, and dispatch. The post-holder will play a key role in fulfilling online and local orders, managing deliveries, and maintaining stock integrity, bridging internal warehouse operations with our customers and logistics partners. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations or order fulfilment, a clean driving license, and strong organisational skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, pay attention to detail, and enjoy taking ownership of both operational tasks and the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently Preparing online and in-store orders for dispatch Loading, unloading, and delivering goods to customers across NI & ROI Using technology to locate items and verify order accuracy Maintaining stock organisation and reporting discrepancies Liaising with courier services and Royal Mail for timely delivery Ensuring excellent customer service during order handover Assisting with warehouse organisation and general duties as required Essential Criteria Valid clean driving license Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and carrying Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused Desirable Criteria Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or order fulfilment roles Familiarity with online order management systems or technology-based picking tools Other Relevant Information Availability: Immediate Hours: 8:30 am 5:00 pm, approximately 2 days per week (may vary) Location: Head office based in Belfast, with driving and deliveries across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland Company-provided vehicle and necessary equipment for deliveries Closing Date : 17 December 2025 11:59 pm Skills: Van Driver Order Picker
