What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll take on a 360° role, learning every element of the recruitment cycle. No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities will include:
Sourcing top candidates via headhunting, job boards, and referrals
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage
Generating new business leads through calls, meetings, and networking
Delivering a consultative approach to client hiring needs
You'll receive hands-on training from experienced consultants and managers and get the support you need to progress quickly.
We’re not expecting you to know recruitment inside out. We’re looking for individuals who are:
Highly motivated and resilient
Competitive (sports backgrounds work well but not essential)
Sociable, driven, and ready to grow with the business
Whether you’ve studied Business, Sports Science, Law, Psychology, or anything in between, we care more about your mindset than your degree.
