We are partnering with a respected Insurance Brokerage,to recruit an experienced Team Leader for their Real Estate division. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-value portfolios in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will lead a team of seven Account Handlers, overseeing renewals, revaluations, and cover queries, while ensuring compliance and maintaining exceptional data integrity.
SKILLS
* Strong leadership and people management
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficient in MS Office and broking platforms
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
EXPERIENCE
* Experience leading a team in commercial insurance or real estate
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
* Familiarity with managing large portfolios and client-focused solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
DAY TO DAY
* Oversee the team’s workload and project management
* Act as the main escalation point for complex issues
* Monitor performance, conduct 1-2-1s, and manage appraisals
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and data accuracy
* Work closely with senior management to meet team goals
