Develops robust market insights to inform digital innovation recommendations by leveraging market research, competitive benchmarking, scenario planning, and other strategy tools Works with colleagues in Marketing to design and conduct Primary research of patients, customers, physicians and payors and request targeted secondary research Stay abreast of fast-moving market and competitive developments Manager research agencies for continuous research Responsible for Data Insight Team Program and Project Management and tracking of key project Responsible for Data Insight team processes (strategy and budget planning and tracking, talent management, financial performance tracking, recruitment tracking) Responsible for Cross-business governance processes (data access and usage, data protection) Responsible for effective engagement with Finance and Talent Acquisitions Responsible for Project, Revenue and Billing processes with other departments Responsible for communications within the team, across broader user communities and business, plus external PR and communications management as needed
