Duties as a Job Coach:
* Provide personalised coaching, guidance and mentoring to clients seeking employment.
* Support clients with CV writing, job applications, interview preparation and job searching.
* Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations to identify suitable job opportunities.
* Offer in-work support to ensure clients settle successfully into their new roles.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and produce regular reports.
* Work collaboratively with other staff and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
Ideal Job Coach:
* Previous experience in employability support, career coaching, recruitment or a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Job Coach.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
* A positive, motivational approach and a genuine desire to help people succeed.
* Knowledge of the local labour market and employment support services is desirable.
